On the left, is the usual 180-200g steak.

On the right, is the convict's last dinner from yesterday (seen here), it is 600g, 3 times the average sized steak.

On the side note, the friend who ate it, he was a happy man. He also managed to devour 2 plates of vege from the salad bar too.
